Siggi Group: the importance of mapping out a Sustainability Roadmap
Siggi Group and sustainability: as STEP, we supported the client in mapping out a sustainability roadmap.
Our role has been to support Siggi Group in identifying a clear sustainability roadmap, that is, to understand the role of sustainability in Siggi’s business strategies and priorities and in its positioning in relation to the market.
The roadmap is aimed at maximizing the value of projects and making efficient choices in terms of time and resources. Through a strategic approach, we aimed to:
- đĻđđŽđ¯đļđšđļđŋđ˛ đđģ đšđļđģđ´đđŽđ´đ´đļđŧ đ°đŧđēđđģđ˛ đŽ đđđđđŧ đļđš đđ˛đŽđē: creating a shared language that facilitates communication and sustainable practices within the organization.
- đđŧđģđąđļđđļđąđ˛đŋđ˛ đļđš đŋđđŧđšđŧ đąđ˛đšđšđŽ đđŧđđđ˛đģđļđ¯đļđšđļđđŽĖ đđđŋđŽđđ˛đ´đļđŽ đŽđđļđ˛đģđąđŽđšđ˛: highlighting that for the entire ownership, the ESG approach is a guideline firmly embedded in the company’s DNA.
- đđąđ˛đģđđļđŗđļđ°đŽđŋđ˛ đŖđŋđļđŧđŋđļđđŽĖ đ˛ đĻđđŋđđēđ˛đģđđļ đĻđđŋđŽđđ˛đ´đļđ°đļ: implementing methodologies and tools that facilitate the selection of priorities and projects according to the value they can bring.
- đđģđžđđŽđąđŋđŽđŋđ˛ đšđ˛ đđđđļđđļđđŽĖ đģđ˛đšđšđŽ đĄđŧđŋđēđŽđđļđđŽ đđĻđĨ: Ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with corporate social responsibility regulations, thus ensuring a lasting sustainable footprint.
